The links below will direct you to the Enrollment Guide, Community Handbook, and Course Catalog. These documents provide valuable information and important materials – such as graduation requirements, summer reading assignments, health forms and school policies.
Please note that all required forms are due and must be sent to the Admissions Office via mail, fax, or e-mail by July 15, 2011. You will find the "Required Forms" list on page 3 of the Enrollment Guide. If a form is not applicable to your child, please mark it as "N/A" across the top and return it with the rest of your forms.
Please be sure to mark the student’s name clearly on each form and include all forms in your mailing. You will find the contact information printed at the top of each form.
