Luke Saunders '04 Named "Forbes 30 Under 30"

Congratulations to Luke Saunders ’04 who has been named a “Forbes 30 Under 30” for 2016 for his work to redefine the food and drink market. Here’s what they said:
Luke Saunders, 29, is also trying to put healthier food in the hands of consumers — but he’s taking it a step further and delivering fresh food with his company, Farmer’s Fridge. In addition to serving folks who are on the go and desperate for something healthier than Chick-Fil-A, Farmer’s Fridge is also helping fix food deserts in Chicago: Saunders and his team can drop a kiosk in an area that is under-served by grocery stores and quick-service chains. Farmer’s Fridge is currently available to more than a million people in its native Chicago and access is expanding nationwide.
