Cushing's Kind Campaign

On Sunday, September 18, Cushing will host a “Kind Campaign,” – a required event for all female students to raise awareness about the negative impact such things as name calling, threats, power struggles, competition, manipulation, secrets, rumors, and ostracizing have on other girls.

The event will begin with a viewing of the documentary, Finding Kind, followed by an assembly led by the filmmakers, Molly Stroud & Lauren Parsekian.

In a safe space, girls will be encouraged to consider the way they treat others and to make a positive impact – individually and collectively – on the Cushing community. The event runs from 6pm to 8:30pm; day student girls are required to attend as well.
