Cushing grads continue to impress! Below are a few recent stories of our young alumni making news.

* Erica Shay '11 has won a trip to Uganda in recognition of her fundraising for and dedication to the nonprofit, Invisible Children. Please click here to read about her remarkable -- and inspiring -- story!
* Juan Marquez ’00 received an Emmy for his documentary, "100,000” that focuses on the abandonment and overpopulation of dogs in Puerto Rico.

* Richard Bachman ’06 and Brad Malone ’07 made their NHL debut – Richard with the Dallas Stars, and Brad with the Colorado Avalanche.

* Erika Lawler ’05 and Meghan Duggan ’06 are among the top 41 female hockey players in the nation who will take part in the 2011 USA Hockey Women’s Winter Training Camp at the end of December.
