At The Carter Center with Emily Staub '94

Brett Torrey ’85, Director of Alumni Relations, and Bob Johnson, Chair of Visual Arts, spent a memorable day at The Carter Center in Atlanta yesterday with Emily Staub ’94 who is the organization's Associate Director. They had the opportunity to meet President and Mrs. Carter during an exclusive reception and panel discussion to mark the Atlanta debut of Countdown to Zero: Defeating Disease, an exhibition that chronicles the efforts to eradicate Guinea worm and other diseases. A special reception for Cushing alumni will take place later today at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum.
