Campus Dining

In 2017-2018, the Fisher-Watkins Dining Commons received a complete renovation and 15,800 square-foot addition. The addition features a new kitchen and an expansive servery that includes a large stone pizza oven, centralized salad bar, hot entrees, soups, deli area, and a stir-fry bar. The dining hall was renovated and air-conditioned, as well.

The Fisher-Watkins Dining Commons is open for breakfast from 7:15 to 8:00 am, lunch from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, and dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. On weekends, the dining hall often serves brunch, and the schedule may sometimes change depending upon special events. Throughout the day students can stop by the Dining Commonsl for a snack. 

Brock & Company, Inc., our food service provider, encourages students and employees to give feedback, suggest menu ideas, and discuss ingredients and options for dietary needs. Meal options are continually changing, with a mix of favorites (e.g., burger and taco days) and new items in the rotation, plus special foods for a range of holidays and occasions.
